1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, or using TODOCAT, you affirm that you are at least 16 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property & License

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to code, graphics, design, text, and logos) are and will remain the exclusive property of the developer and its licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use a copy of TODOCAT strictly in accordance with these Terms for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to discover the source code of the Application.
• Using the Application for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Using automated systems (including "robots", "spiders", or "offline readers") to access the Application in a manner that sends more request messages than a human can reasonably produce.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
